Mark holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management and is certified by The College of Executive Coaching and the John Maxwell Group. He is also one of the strategic partners of Predictive Index, the leading Talent Optimization platform.

As an executive coach, Mark Hinderliter has spent over 35 years working with clients to develop people strategies aligning with their business development plans. He created the leadership program Diamond Quality Leadership: Leadership Skills for Today’s Workforce and has held DQL training for hundreds of managers in eight countries.
