Ourfounder, Dr. Mark Hinderliter, is a veteran business leader who holds a PhD in Organization and Management. Prior to starting Third Way Inc., he worked as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at a billion dollar global industrial services company. His combination of academic expertise and industry experience gives him unique insight into the challenges and opportunities that managers at all levels face.
